Hi all, decided to start my apad too. will try to post everyday if possible

To kick start, a sunrise photo at lower seletar i took today.

#2 The vibrant fields of gold

Taken with LX3,

Taken at the empty field near my place, vibrant fields with the background of construction cranes under the setting sun gave me a sudden inspiration, the grass are growing strong even when danger is near. Therefore relate to us, we shouldnt back out when we face challenges

Protecting her always

A photo i snapped at the katib bottle tree park, the kids were all happily playing "longkang" fishing. Happen to see this dad protecting and teaching his cute little girl with sparkling eyes in the waters, the emotion of the frame touches my heart. To all fathers!

#4 Duckie in wonderland

Weekend with duckie primary as my walkaround model, having a stuff toy around seems girly, but it kinda helps to bring humor to passer by, some will even stopped and chat with you. Not a bad thing i guess

#4 The butterfly in the morning dew

A morning walk in admiralty park to test the macro capabilities of my LX3, with no extra macro filters, extenders or external flash. I'm quite satisfied with the result, this shot is taken early in the morning when the dew is condensing and the butterfly seems stationary due to moisture in its wing, perhaps.

#5 Alone in the rain

Took this shot sometime back in chinatown, while i was disappointed with the heavy downpour that day, i manage to capture a few unique street shot.
This is one of them in the series, a old lady carry her groceries walking across the street under the heavy rain, give me the sense of sudden lonliness, is she living alone?

#6 The perfect Storm

This is panaroma stiched hdr.
Took this shot sometime back in kukup trip. We got caught in the storm, and instead of hiding in the house, we brace out to capture the rare storm moment.

#7 Reaching out to the other world

A shot of the snapping turtle in zoo, this ancient like turtle has scales and skin texture of the dino, certainly looks scary, i spend 20mins to wait for this moment which i anticipate, mirror image of it reaching out to breath new air.
