hmm just wondering what is so nice about JE HDB flats? the colors kinda dull...

if you want nice HDB flats, should try Bishan, or weird shapes like Potong Pasir.

oic. good luck then. if u want to shoot the construction going on. just a suggestion, punggol LRT seems to be more interesting in my opinion.
