oh btw, which new camera coming out is not having a LV from the two big camps?

Actualy, since TS is a newbie, buying a 40D just for the live view is quite a waste, ya?

The 40d compared to the 400d has many more functions, but you are essentially paying 1k for a live view..

40D and 400D are different league of cameras, cannot just compare the LV.

400D is a entry level DSLR while 40D is a mid range DSLR.

Actually I find that Live View on LCD is not a must but can come in handy in certain situation like macro. But for normal shooting, I would still prefer use the VF. :)

So do u think i should wait for the 450D or ...just get the 400D....i should be buying it durin the IT show or slightly later ..after that
