Breaking news, Cleon has finally poisoned himself a Gitzo 1541T with Markins Q3T with universal plate at TK Foto with the price tag of $1100.

He is now craze about tripods than bags now.

Wah! I want to change to Gitzo too, but it is just so beyond me now.

lolx.. i agree on that. But its ok.. I'm willingly to use tt cash to buy sth constructive like my 28mm, Wireless Trigger, Tokina 11 - 16 etc. =X

I once ever thought of changing my setup for a 16-35L and a 85L but come to think I'm just a hobbyist, not some who is using photography as a full time job.

Look, in the past, do our past parents have to enjoy such things ? I guess my dad at the age of 16 is still playing marbles or catching spiders with his friends.

look, can tell from my signature the lenses i owned, are not that expensive.

i am easily contented but just that i just wanted a fast performance car, a Subaru WRX 2005 model with stage 3 upgrades, not that hard though.

Different people different level of contented.

Some drive a Lambo/ Ferrari but still not contented

Some have 20 mistresses but still not contented

Some have 10 Leica M9s but still not contented

Some have 2 bungalows in Sentosa Cove but still not contented

Some already become the richest man in the world but still not contented

So, what's contented ? Oneself should know. Otherwise, whole life not contented, it won't be a happy life after all.

Just by watching Charity shows, look at those kids, born without a limb or arm, physically disorder, but look how contented they are? They just play with toys gave by Singapore kids, and look at their faces, how happy they are.

Another example, is the man without limbs and arms, look although he don't have what we have, he is still contented with his life, smiling and enjoying his life everyday.

How about those elderly in Chinatown who plays chess everyday ? Just by playing chess with friends, look how contented they are, by smiling, sense of friendship, the adrenalin rush of the game ? They are still enjoying life everyday.

Then take a look at Macdonalds Eldery workers who keep your trays after your meal ? They merely get $700 a month, and by looking at their faces, they smile everyday, and by us, saying a thank you, they felt even more happier.

EASILY CONTENTED IS THE WAY TO GO, WITHOUT BEING CONTENTED, ONE MAY EVEN NEVER ENJOY LIFE FOREVER

Yep but thinking of the cheaper 1541(Non-traveller) which is about $200 cheaper

I use my current Benro you guys say last leg so thin and ask me change,i change Gitzo you say pay $1100 won't increase my pictures....

Btw,the lenses that you own are not expensive to you but it is to those who can't afford it...

last leg thin ?? u got see Yong Xian pictures on the woodlands waterfront ? he use those free tripods can take better pictures than us...

Guys u may wonder why I am so into cars.. well let me clarify myself that since I am born, my parents seldom buy me toys and let me watch cartoons, i quit drinking milk at the age of 3.

all i did was read car magazines, visit car showroom, and build car diecast models..

At the age of 4, i started to read about car logos, example, subaru, honda, etc..

Then at the age of 6, i started to read about car models, lancer, impreza, etc...

Then at the age of 8, i started to argue with car sales man in car showroom, insurance, road tax, OMV, parf rebate, etc..

Then at the age of 10, i started to read on car engines, EJ25 on a Impreza, B20 on a Civic, etc..

At the age of 12, i started to join car clubs in singapore and attend car meet ups in carparks, and some i even went with my dad

At the age of 18, this time, my biggest AIM is to get a timing of 2.30 min in Sepang International Circuit

Untill now, I kept quiet when I visit car show rooms, cos I've talked to these people until i'm very sian already..
