Look, you gotta see which outing that will benefit you in terms of photography.

No point attending a big group end up TCSS, go home learn nothing, zero knowledge retreive from a day spent.

To me, whether I shoot alone or with my shifu or with a group, does not matter to me. What most important to me is whether I go back home and gain knowledge, but not to go home with zero knowledge.

So, what's your objective in attending outings ? Gain popularity among your friends, or to learn something new ? Haha.

There are lots of great sifu to learn photography and gear at Pentax Monthly outing. Everyone is very helpful and willing to share their knowledge. There is also great effort to ensure a different theme for every month's outing too. Like last month is macro and next sat is street (i think). But sometimes since we (Pentaxian) meet up once every month only, there is bound to have some TCSS before and after the outing. As a summary, we do learn something at Pentax outing if we choose to ask and learn.

Are you still in exam mode? First the long reply on birding, then now on outing.
Don't be so stress, hahaahaa.

Yes still on Exam mode, no choice but hope to get good results so my father can buy me the lenses i want, gucci wallet, lv belt, and anything i asked for..
