Beer Trip: (Gunung Ledang Resort - Mt.Ophir - 15~16 Jan 2011)

I like this.. it showed that the lizard is trying to camouflage itself. Did you cropped away the tail or was it as shot?

This 180 is really good. I especially like the limit focusing functionality (for portraiture) ...

I will check if it was cropped to show the lizard head when I get back on Sunday.
Need to strengthen my biceps like FW's if to use the 180 handheld.

I have nothing to show for macro at all despite carry all my gear. Didn't have patience after contact with Mosquitoes. It's not that heavy really ... the paddings at the appropriate areas on this bag really help.

I only managed one macro, paiseh took Lawrence models.:bsmilie:

Sigma 180 is really a powerful lens. These are nice macro shots. When did you do the night shots? first night? I believe you probably didn't do it after our long night chat:)

I'd go for a tighter crop. Good eyes, and well executed shot.

I saw this on your LCD, and I think a tighter crop will accentuate the details you have shot. Steady hands, excellent diffused lights.

Where are your flying bees?

Thanks bern, hmm you are right, i should go for a tighter crop!

This is the flying thing lor, but i forgot to adjust my shutter :(

I dare not venture into the night after the peanuts, chips & beer and the long chat.

i am driving a normal saloon car.

i am thinking of driving up Mt.Ophir with full load, 4 person in the car, will it pose any difficulties?

someone told me i might need to change my suspension after i come back, the road so bad?
