Beautiful Sunset Today

Nice..woodlands waterfront? Just changed my gear time for me to go round again

Yes, it was Woodlands Waterfront. This is one of location which I could reach there before sunset. Hope to meet you there someday, and what is your current gear using at the moment? :)

What I understand from his another thread rcheong1282 still holding onto the Nikon D5000, on both ships now. After hearing this, I went to VivoCity to test out the 70D, very fast focusing and sharp, but same here had to "figure out as quite different from CANON 5D II in terms of buttons n operations", the only things did not change is the shutter button and CANON logo.

Tested the 70D at VivoCity after you had mention it, with 7FPS continuous shooting speed, 19-point all cross-type AF sensor, ISO 100-12,800 (H 25,600) and 20.2MP.

So you are in Phuket now..nice... enjoy

Now back in Singapore just return from Phuket, lucky to had one day nice weather in Phuket to capture this sunset photo. Still trying to clear my sunset photo backlog.

Somehow I prefer #157 to #158 because of the inclusion of human element. Anyway, the beach looks full of potential for great sunset shots! I would love to visit it one day...

Great that you prefer the inclusion of human element in the pic#157. Still many beaches unexplored, plan to go back sometime in the future.

The best spot to shot sunset is the pic#157 with very nice ways how the sea water flow around the rocks. My usual sunset photo is pure landscape without any human element, but at Phuket beaches always pack with tourists from all around the world, at this location due to the rocks very few people.

Thank you for the comments, I also like this photo which the sun just disappeared to the horizontal, peaceful but still can feel the energy from the sea wave when it moved.

Very nice

Thank you for the comments, this location I had been shooting for years, finding nice foreground always an issue, but for other locations always is the timing issue.
