Be Careful of Fujifilm Warranty Repair Service Singapore

Hi,

Just wonder how much did Fuji charge you guys for repair. I've just sent in my X-T10 due to the missing back thumb grip and dead review button. They quoted me $30 for parts which is reasonable, but $100 for service fee!?! Seriously

Please open a new thread instead of unearthing a thread that is more than 3 years old. (In terms of consumer electronics that's a very long time.)
