they repair my BG-E7 for free, charge nothing to inspect my 7D body too.

both out of warranty, if you need to know.

Thanks for the all the replies. The one I bought from an authorized seller in Funan got the international warranty card.



May I know what was wrong with the grip? That prejudice is just too unfair. What if my face looks sulky even though I'm already (sort of) smiling??! ha ha

The shutter button not responsive I think. Never ask in detail, I did not have a DSLR that time. When I bought my BG-E8 I also a bit Did not bring my camera with me to try before buy also. Lucky nothing happen so far.

Ya agree about the prejudice and the unfair thing though, if I am TS I also feel angry... but a few CSers got their BG fixed in previous threads. Only can say they help out of good will lo...
