by the way, it isn't the first time that i heard photographic lenses getting thrown into drawers after work etc.. and that's the LEAST of the things that happens.

one zaobao photog showed me this lens. black sections other than grips, are gaffer tape sections; the rest near the tripod collar, no prizes for guessing what happened.

Tuesday 21 June 2005 (10 am – 5 pm)
Wednesday 22 June 2005 (10 am – 5 pm)

Hi All,

Both batches of equipment found successful bidders. Sorry I cannot reveal the prices or who bought.

Relevant staff will be contacting the successful bidder and failing that, stuff will go to the next eligible/successful candidate.

Perhaps we might see a thread started here by the successful bidder(s) who may want to sell the items individually, as many of you wanted.

Thank you all. There will be more, probably next year, when an XX-year replacement cycle starts.
