a sigma 17-70 is a good option. f2.8 at the wide end is good for indoor. selling ard $400 in the B&S.

Okie will read up on it. Are there any other options? Went to check out B&S the only listing I can find is sold alr.

hi pentaxians,

wanna ride on this thread as well cos I got my K-x quite long time ago (nearly 6 months ago) but only been using the 18-55 kit lenses so far because am still learning.

Would like to ask for lenses recommendations if i mainly use the K-x to take family/friends both indoors and outdoors, day and night and the occasional holiday scenery(once every 6months?). budget wise probably around 500 or so?

Been reading up but can't really understand everything and at the end of the day still dunno what to get.

well, there is the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 which is a pretty good walkaround zoom for the money.
