May I know when u convert to B/W in PS, do you use Desaturate or Convert to Greyscale tool?

Greyscale tool and desaturate both also got use... plus curves and other adjustments accordling to my own taste... i still playing around with PS for my b/w... not sure how to perfect it... lol
