Ever tried approaching that association called Foreign Workers Count 2, to see if they'd be interested in your pics?
wow. great photos.. whats the lighting like? for some was it off camera flash?
great shots! are they done with b/w filter or post edit?
paiseh, paiseh..... i got the name of the interest group sooo wrong. It's actually "Transient Workers Count Too". Here's their website.....

you can sign up as a volunteer and shoot to your hearts content.....
Hi just curious to ask how did you go about undertaking this project? Did you have to ask for permission from any authorities, or simply ask for the workers' permission? Or was it a commissioned project? I ask not because I want to do the same thing now, but because I thought of embarking on the exact same project on migrant workers before I left for my studies but never got down to planning and executing it, due to me not knowing how to start.
Seeing that you're experienced in this field, Im just curious more on the process, did you just decide one day yes! im gonna do it and just went there to take photos? Information like this will help me plan other similar socio-ethnography projects of the same nature in future.
If its not convenient to share in the thread, maybe you can PM me. Thanks!
Nothing much really... "just do it"it's as simple as that... With the right attitude of course...

ya man, you very the gung-ho one. if anyone saw you in action, they might mistake you for a press photographer. But then how often does one see press photographers use off camera flash and a honeycomb diffuser....![]()
Great perspective
