Awww man. Save up for a nice nexus/seacam/subal/aquatica/zillion/sea&sea housing mah. :bsmilie:

How's the videos? :)

yes i'm really interested in the videos...do you get contrast AF tracking during videos? or is it manual focussing all the way?

wow the lens looks sharp! but i think about the same as the 100/2.8 usm. do you see a marked difference in real world conditions?

Hahah... i wish... like that no money to go diving liao... and that defeats the purpose right?! :p

I still learning to use the video. I prefer stills lah. I took one video of two octopi mating, but dunno how to edit. haha... and white balance off.

Yes got live AF, but its slow..., the quick focus requires the mirror to drop, so interrupts the recording... i think. The lens is too wide to fit manual focus gear on the ikelite housing... sigh... so many drawbacks but boh pian.

I never tried the non-IS 100mm, but ive heard the IS is useful for video to reduce the handshake. I actually have a sort of UW tripod for my casing and that helps tons.

your video must look like this ok?? :bsmilie:

Hahahah.... wait long long. Not very interested in video lah. Are you taking it up?
