In #2 your focus seems to be on the background, not on the dancers. I really like the statue with the hibscus flowers! Must have been a memorable trip.

ah, no, it is actually on the barong (that's the thing there)

but due to 1/30 second shutter speed, actually a mistake.. cos av priority on f/8.. end up with a moving blurred barong. :) i'm not sure if it looks horrible though.. but it's different for me hehe.

yes, i love bali.. :)

This one look very nice. I like this. Do you get the full view of the mountains.

in ir, no.. :( i took some but they didn't look good.. simply because it was just a mass of white..

These pictures are very good.

Bali with its blue skies and abundant sunrays are indeed ideal location for IR shots, as shown in these pics. I did have a few shots myself but I'm afraid I prefer to process in B/W rather than false colour.

I've lived in Bali for a year and a half in 2005, so your pics brings back good memories. Thanks for sharing!
