Bags - Beltpack vs Shoulder bag vs Backpack

Hi,

Anyone know where to get Beltpack ?
I'm looking at Lowepro Off Trail 2 or Off Road.

But it seems no one is selling this anymore.

Can I have experts' advice please? I'm going to Europe Next week, carrying my D200, 18-200mm, 12-24mm, 1.5 50mm and a SB-600 flash. Which beltpack do you recommend? and where can I purchase them before my trip.

Consider this. I have it, and I believe it will your bill. It comes with a shoulder strap to take some of the weight off your hips onto your shoulder.

bcknot, you can also consider the ThinkTank Change Up with an optional Lightning Fast (for SB-600). I had carried almost the same equipment with the exception of the 12-24. I believe the lenses can all be put into the main compartment of the Change Up with the SB-600 in one of the side pouches. It also comes with two shoulder straps to relief the weight and also allows using teh Change Up as a chest harness.

For a backpack, Can consider the Lowepro Fastpack series

Backpack, but easy access to change lenses without putting the bag down.
Thick shoulder straps too

I have the fastpack 350. Can carry whole day with equipment of 6kg

You can chk at TK Photo and Cathay Photo Peninsular. I think the price is around $150. Note that the price on the tags at Cathay is before discount

Yeah, Cathay always give you a heart attack if you just look at their price tags. For Lowepro, there is a 50% discount so the price tag on their Fastpack 350 is $300. Imagine how many lost opportunities they have if the person just walk in, check the price without asking, stick out their tongue and then walk out without purchasing.
