Bad experience at TCW.

Well, I guess you could call it a bad experience if your opinion is that they try to chop you on the pricing. But customers have the responsibility also to check on market price and not all establishments must sell a certain product at ONE same price.

BTW, I never like TCW based on my own experience with them.

Sorry lah bro, even that I won't term bad experience since it can be due to a variety of reasons that prices were different. I think threadstarter is just a sissy that cannot take it when things don't go his way.

Asked to quote Sandisk Ultra II 1GB, amazingly he quoted me $82 for it!

He think i was newbie and i rejected him straight.

Went to CP and was only quoted $65 only.

singapore got biggest IT shopping 'Sim Lim Square'; so many good shops (Video Pro, Bell Systems...) for memory cards.
why go camera shops for memory cards? camera shops for SLR camera mah, memory cards only their sideline..

You should buy items from the appropriate places. Cameras from Peninsula and CF cards from Sim Lim. Places like CP or TCW would generally sell CF cards higher than Sim Lim. Do a little research before buying and things shoul dbe OK.

Memory card price drops by the week. The shop that sells slow would be stuck with the higher cost price and you know the results.

BTW, TCW is also stuck with some obsolete items that nobody wants.

And BTW, anyone knows where to get "Good" experience for memory cards, like Sandisk or Lexar?
