The mutton satay is very nice! (yang rou chuan).

OK jokes aside. This happened some time back. A few bad eggs from there stained these yang rou chuan with AIDS tainted blood then sold them to public. For a while people skipped them. Otherwise, if you don't have a strong stomach, please bring some pills along or skip street peddlars. I frequent NE China but haven't been to this part of the world yet.

3000 excluding flight.. Flight around $1000 return can stopover in Beijing...but if there are more people I'm sure can reduce cost on private jeep.. Need to confirm soon b4 flight prices go up..

WOW that price went up so much....
1 and 1/2 yrs back, I went with another 4 person..that time i only spent < $1800 include airfares,private jeep,stay in cheap hotels and meals

sounds like hoax. why would people do that if there is no benefits?

I frequent NE China but haven't been to this part of the world yet.

are there parts that still have people wearing their traditional costumes? i thought of going manzhouli but not sure what else is interesting in the vicinity.

so anyone keen? need a travel buddy so tt i can cut cost n share the jeep cost..will have a private driver tt can bring us ard at our own leisure time...currently my budget is only 3k or less...i intend to follow this itinerary but i'm flexible...travel period from 8 - 31 May
