sorry for not converting to metric:p

sorry for converting to metric, 5'4" = 1.625m a whole 3" difference from 1.7m ;)

Muslin background are the type shown by streetshooter, But it is made of cloth. It is foldable, and can be washed . As somebody suggested, u can buy cloth and paint to do it yr seif.It may save about 50% cost. Unless u are willing to get yrself dirty ,otherwise get the instant one

i'll make my order this week to be delivered next year......

hope i'm not too late, but wat i did was to get felt carpet. (they come in different colours from black, yellow, white, blue, green etc.) cost about $60 for a roll 2m wide, 8m in length and 2-3mm thick. u can roll up when not in use.

its just right for a wall in a hdb flat, but u got to build ur own support system. built mine using PVC piping, which can be taken down and assembled in another place.

:)

found this to be the cheapest alternative to using paper or muslin or cloth backdrops. i have 3 rolls in blue, red and black.

cheers !!!
