Bro, assuming waiting time for each other around 30 mins, we should leave Singapore by 7 am and ETA around 9:30 am +/-.
We can go for breakfast @ Jonker Street for some Nyonya food and start our shoot from there. There's a guarded carpark just besides the makan place. We can park there and start our morning shoot.

Anyway for the green filter, please see your filter factor, if it is 1.5 then you grade your iso from 100 to 50 to mimic a 1 stop difference.
If you develop as 100 when u use a filter with filter factor like 1.5x or 2x, your pictures will be under-exposed. 1x means no filter factor meaning no stop lost.

Francis, thanks for the infor. Anyway, managed to find a yellow E39 filter so no need to compensate.
