So troublesome must guess this and that. Why not just give a direct discount? :dunno:

Just for information,

The first digit of the top prize will only be revealed on 6 Jun 2007.
For now, if you buy anything, you'll still have to pay the price as advertised.

However, if you guess the number correctly when it is revealed, you can bring down your invoice to claim your discount, in the form of a "refund".

But seriously, do go down to have a look.

They offer quite a number of payment options (i.e. you can give the free gifts a miss, and they'll be discounted from the price you pay etc) and the prices are definitely better than a lot of the bigger stores out there.

A friend of mine bought a 29" Flat screen tv for only 399 while it was retailing for 499 at HN.

Upz for that!

My dad just got a 37" Sharp Aquos LCD tv for only 2069.

I think it's a pretty competitive place to shop at and the experience was quite a pleasant one.

The salesmen are all helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Upz for them!

The refund is in the form of audio house voucher.

Really?

hahha.......good one.

Thanks for the news!:)

Do they offer extended warranties like HVN?

Oh refund by vouchers, tht something i missed out. I hardly have 4D luck!!! Wondering will it be better to wait for the PC show. Btw, thanks for the info, divad

i am confused by this advert too.
the MP3 player at $39 for 1GB looks like good buy.. so will i be paying $39 or $78? anyone knows?

is there an ibet option for this? 9 permutations.;p

$78.

You'll only get back $39 in vouchers if you correctly guess the 1st digit of the 4D number.
And I'm not sure if those vouchers have those typical "... with a minimum purchase of $100.." conditions.
If they do, you'll ultimately spend much more than that $79 so that you can use those terms-and-conditions-apply vouchers. :o

Forget about this promo man... what kind of promotion is this?!

Basically trying to get you to go down and see see look look, hopefully you will buy... don't waste time. :nono:

Audiohouse is good. But there are better prices from some "neighbourhood shops" or small retailers. But these dun have installment plans and you got really good deals paying by cash or NETS.
I save $500 on my 37" LCD TV as compared to prices at Best Denki, Courts etc

all these adverts.. are so confusing.
remember the COURTS adverts? they advertise the price in weekly installments... u have to be a maths genius to figure out how much u are going to pay.
maybe next time they will advertise the price in per second installments!

Just to share

I bought a Canon Ixus 70 for $499 from Audio House. Seems like a nice deal. Somemore got 2 free 2gb card.

I have been to sim lim and courts. Seem like the pricing is relatively cheap.

Anyone else bought anything there and won the 50% guessing the 4d?

ITdata:bsmilie:

yeah me!! we bought a samsung lcd tv at 800++ and won 50% guessing the 4d! a $400++ in on its way to me! hee

Assuming every number is guessed equally, so there's 1/10 possibility of getting a 50% discount, an the shop is actually giving out an average 5% discount only.

9/10 of people will have to buy at the original price eh?
