Looking to buy Tivoli Model One or Pure Evoke 2.

Any professional advice?

DAB units eh? ...

Pretty pricy for now since there isn't much of a demand. I'm thinking of getting the PURE tuners for my hifi but the cost is making me think twice seriously. :sweat:

Go for the PURE. Can't go wrong. :thumbsup:

Try SLS Alpha Audio.

Or Courts ... price all are pretty much controlled. DAB quality is excellent. But if you don't want to spend that much .. suggest you get a normal one like the Tivoli. Most radio sounds the same.. its more the look / packaging .. like the ones you listed are more towards the "sought after" models for just plain simple radio - tivoli ... PURE - DAB ...

Tivoli is pretty good actually.. I've heard the Model One..
At Adelphi.. Well... You can't really audition...
Too much damping materials in the building I guess.. LOL..
Only 93.3FM can be received.. No other channels have enough bandwidth to punch into the building.
Note that it doesn't have a line-out in case you want to plug it into an amp in the future.
There's a LED that will flicker as the radio picks up signal strength.. It'll remain lit once the signal is strong..

anyone? heard the reception is good but sound not so?
