very nice photos
did you go to Philopappou Hill - which is bang opposite the Acropolis ? The night view from there is fantabulous :bsmilie:
I hope you went to Cape Sunion where there's a temple dedicated to Poseidon. And the Amphitheatre at Epidavros, where the acoustics will put any of the present day sound systems to shame.

Please share more of your gems. I know you have quite a few hidden away :D

PS : BTW, I didn't manage to go to Dong Jiao Wholesale Market (东交批发市场) when I went to Beijing recently, but I did manage to shoot some photos of the nuts :bsmilie: Remembered your nuts about nuts thread at that time. :bsmilie:

beautiful place.
when i was there, it was so scorching i nearly died....
I was putting on a lot of sunblock when I was under the temperature of 37-40 degrees.

Great! Can see those beautiful photos. Do you have an iternary? Do you mind PM me? If not, it's ok. =)
I was in Athens for 4 days, stayed in Mykonos for 5 days and another 5 days spent in Santorini.

Thanks Jeanie. Most probably would go there in dec period. =)
December can be very cold. The best time is April/May.

Thanks asterixsg. I didn't go to all those places you've mentioned. It was scorchingly hot when I was there that I couldn't last too long outside the hotel.

The other pics are featured in my blog post that I've put up a link at the end of each theme. Those are all I have on Athens. I'm putting up those on the Greek islands in another post which is already up.

I'm glad that my "Nuts about Nuts" has made such an impact on a fellow traveler, haha. I read through your post on the hike along the Great Wall and it is very nice.
