23. Magical sunset at Bagan

The pagoda in the foreground in #23 is Pyathada. Looking at the crowds, it seems that Pyathada has become a very popular pagoda to view sunset...
In Jan 2010, my friends and I had witnessed the Annular Solar Eclipse from there, and had literally spent the whole day there. What a gathering it was that day... Too many memories of that place. Didn't want to spoil them, so I didn't visit it this time around...

Seeing so much orange (warmth) color & the star trails here, is Nov - Dec on the best period to visit and for photography? compare to Apr - May?
