very disappointed with ashley
my wife confirmed with her for her services on 27th feb via email for our actual day shoot but only to receive another email today saying her other client who booked her for their pre wedding shoot had just confirmed her for their ROM and AD shoot and have priority over us.

i understand its a first come, first serve basis but is it first who book or first to engage her on other days who takes priority?
i had to turn down my professional photographer friends who volunteered to shoot for me for free cos my wife loves ashley's portfolio but now this happens.
