Not bad but should not motion off the horizon as well as those smaller rocks. Maybe the exposure could be a little longer to have smoother and misty feel of the water.
If you feel that the horizon is too distracting for composition, exclude it totally.

Thanks for your suggestion , cause I got no idea how to judge this type of pic , yes a longer exposure should great , next try on this type of pic will implement your suggestion . Nice to hear from you, miss your works
