photomatix brings certain amount of distortion to the picture after the alignment process, depending on how much % you set it to, and if there are movements during the bracketing process...

It is quite dull due to the weather and not vibrant enough to get the viewer excited. You can afford to expose a little more along those restaurants.
Would also suggest to centre your photos in the page.

I do have a HDR version which is more vibrant , but trying to create just raw version , hopefully to get more natural look, now a day the weather is very dull , I don't quite get what u mean ' centre your photo in the page'.thanks for your suggestion .

Oh ok... When you post an image, you can choose to centre your image. Now your image is in the left of the screen. If you look at some our threads like Scintt, Edutilos, Supersimon, their images are in the centre of the screen. Then again is up to you....

#31 -This is nice and the tone of the sky blends well with the building.
#32 - I like this one a lot. The contrast of the jetty against the horizon and the tone is beautiful.

Nitpick - for both images, would prefer little more sky for composition. Both of your composition is in a rectangular crop.
If you add more sky, you will have a rectangular with two squares in it. Meaning you will have two square to form a rectangular composition.
This will then have a better effect of a minimalist type image with "negative space".
