75. Spilt Tone

If you look at the left side of boat quay restaurant is golden yellow color and the right side is not , this is cause by the sunrise only hit the left side but not the right, so causing this spilt tone

Nice..... I like it...perhaps in b&w and to get rid of the over whelming green and tone down the sky.... Also you can try to play with filters and light in the b&w process. I think it should be more punchy..

Thanks for your idea , will try it to night , actually I wanted to use the name Eco green city , but forgotten while loading the pic , getting old haha, thank again for your like.

I think is a good title and if remain in color, my opinion it to do something to the sky.. I did quite a similar thing sometime back... you can see it here.

I can't see your pic , cause it said is private , yes the sky is the problem , this pic is created using 8 shot vertorama , I auto correct the sky exposure and sync ,and it still turn out uneven , so I brighten it more. Don't know how to do it even better.you just hit the jackpot on the sky, got sharp eye. Thanks for pointing it out.

The sky on your pic is very well done , mine the sky is poorly expose so just trying to save to sky by over exposing it.thanks for showing it to me.

75, the split tone of buildings you have mentioned could be understood but it puzzles me to see two different colours of the same cloud in the sky and in the reflection.

Can it be cause by the 10 stop filter if not I also no answer to it.

Colour casting should affect the whole image. Puzzling me as well.

I think have to be due to sunrise only hit the restaurant and part of the river but not the sky ( cloud) so cause the cloud at the water to have different color compare to the sky.

Glad that you like it , oh ya my D800 attract a lot of dust , and got no time to visit Service centre , i already clear most of the dust , may have miss some , got presbyopia problem haha. Thanks for your concern.
