any idea where can i get this brand of bags in sg? i saw a post on cs a mth ago but cannot find it anymore.

ya, there was a post about it alright.... i cant remember the shop's name, but i think it's located in that building called grandlink square, in the geylang road/guillemard road area.

I tried to mail order a bag from AA just before Christmas. They told me to wait as their bags would be availble in Singapore in a few day's time. Then I waited until last week (they had a long year end break) and they told me to proceed with the mail order if I didn't want to wait.

I think they cannot close the deal with the local dealer yet.

ok. i went to visit the shop earlier. too bad they only got one model i was looking for. turns out the bag was alot smaller than i thought. so i gonna wait for the next shipment. going for the biggest ones.

give Mr tay your feedback, he order less cause the Artisan and Artist is not cheap. if the demand is high, he would like to order more.. depend on himself if he want to order more.

Artisan and Artist is avaible just before chirstmas last year at DE camera shop.
you can go to the shop to check it.

I saw the actual bags in Yodobashi. A small cotton bag at almost $300. The simple and clean designs are nice. But it's like 50% overpriced.

Men deserve designer camera bags as well. That's why these bags are created for us. :bsmilie:

er... never tried... I usually don't carry camera gears when it rains. :embrass:

Ahaahaa. I never saw it this way. Totally justifies the price and lack of functionality then.

I suggest trying bags issue by USA and UK's military .. Some of them are air sealed and really tough. I was surprise when one of my friend introduce me to them, most of them are padded so changing them into camera bags is easy.
Best of all, many are bellow $200 and if go for long oversea trips , can act as a temp dry box.
So far my fav still my domke bag, I have full-time photographers friends who after changing so many fancy expansive bags when back to their old domke bags. Nothing looks and feels like domke ,they fade and feels like a pair old seasoned jeans.
