For the past 2-3 weeks, my web access will freeze up. It took me a while to realize the modem may be the problem or Starhub cause the modem to "sort of frozen". Even though I can see all 4 lights (I am using the Motorola Surf xxxx -white color modem). After power off and on and I will able to continue again. On some day, I have to do it quite often. Some day I don't need to poweroff/on at all. I am waiting for the promotion to come to replace another modem.
