No my ipad is not jb'ed, if that's what you're asking. Everything's legal.

Are you talking about remote control or running windows/Office on iPad? Not sure what you meant by "Can Access".. it could meant 1 of the 2 mentioned but I guess the 2nd one is not possible.

And how are you going to run Flash or Java on iPad?

No.

It is an expensive cheap looking piece of glass with thick edges and fingerprints on it.

The only reason to queue up for it is it is Apple.

Put a different manufacturer logo on it, the price will come down to half and I will consider. :bsmilie:

Agreed.... I was waiting for samsung galaxy tab until the euro pricing was released(600-700 euros).... almost fainted and bought an ipad instead... now waiting for IOS 4.2 and my only complain is no retina display for ipad... :bsmilie:

Samsung Galaxy Tab launches in SG on 13/Nov.

7", Android, 1GHz, 16GB.

Price? RRP $998 w/o contract.

hmm.. who says the price will drop to 1/2 with another manufacturer's logo....... If there's quality.. it'll come at a price.. I feel the iPad's pricing is quite reasonable for a quality product.

But then.. after a while, Samsung galaxy pricing may come down as they sell more units.. But unlikely for iPad. When they release the iP4, they removed the 3GS 16GB and introduce the 3GS 8GB. It's not quite likely to find a 3GS with 16GB at discounted price from Apple.

The RRP/SRP for a 16 GB Creative ZiiO 7" and a 16 GB Creative ZiiO 10" entertainment tablet running on Android 2.1 OS cost only S$389.00 and S$459.00 respectively. ;)
