Cool, u've managed the exposure well for almost all the shots!

Looks like star of AP is still there.. I thought of going to ask her to hatch the kids already

Thanks bro! It's all credits to everyone's help and teaching :). Yep, the AP star has not left its spot.

#2 looks really good
Your camera is good with white, did you use flash with TTL or manual?

Thanks alot, TroyP! I usually set my camera flash to manual with distance at 105mm for macro. Hope this helps.

Great series, bro

Thanks bro! Glad you like it.

Ah, manual flash.
desai has better results than me, and that's how he's forced to do it from his cam too.
I'll have to try playing around with the flash next time, thanks :)
I never understood the distance though, what does the 105mm refer to?

I used to use ETTL and find results not up to my expectations as there are times of over/under exposures. With manual, I forced the flash to narrow the focus to a spot on tighter area instead of being too wide spread which can create alot of unneed lightings. With the more focus flash power on spot, I have more room to play with my shutter, aperture, ISO, as well as the angle of shooting. The larger the number the narrower it goes (more focus on spot), the smaller the number, the wider it goes. An exact replica of how the numbering on lenses works to indicate if it is a UWA or telephoto zoom. As such, I would want focused spot on lighting, so I go ahead and set to the highest number it can go. Next will be setting the flash power, which can go as low as 1/128 power to 1/1 power. Since I'm using a multi-layered diffuser, I always shoot 1/1 power, which is also very draining on the batteries. Though said, ETTL / TTL is extremely effective for zoom shots like birding for example.

I hope the above info helps :).
