Fear is only but a perception, I have'nt been able to remove the perception yet..:bsmilie:
had a fear of heights but i guess by blocking out all the negative thoughts and concentrating on the thrill of it helped me overcome my fear.

although i have an irrational phobia of butterflies.. something i cant get over. hahaha.

hahaha yeah, anything but butterflies!
i run & scream (mostly run) away whenever i spot one from a distance away.

I am terrified of height!
3 floors up, i am shaking liao......

Everyone has height phobia, only difference is the height at which one experiences the fear.

For me, I'm only afraid of walking close to edges without and walls or grilles to prevent me from falling over...

Don't talk about the fear of height leh.

Once I went up to The Blue Mountains for photography. I walked down the from the top to the Jamaison Valley. Some sections of the walk was pretty scary leh like where the cliff edge exposed you to the valley below without vegetation cover. What you don't see you don't fear right? The worst part was the section where I had to climb down a steel ladder hanging from the cliff edge with the whole valley open right below my legs.

Never again I want to do this. The experience didn't make me any stronger.

I jumped freefalls at 10,000ft every 3 months.

At that height you cannot make out much detail of the ground.:bsmilie:

I would say I respect the Issac Newton law of gravity
