it is part and puzzle of a working life. especially true in service line.:sweatsm:

as customers, we expect good service / all equipment be in good working condition, if not tip top.

since those who are in the service line holds such double idendity, must accept that we have to produce a standard of work that we ourselves can accept if we are the customer using our service / equipment.

else, it will be like the passengers who cant board the bus / mrt. always complain about those in the bus / mrt not moving to the back / centre where there is more space. but when they themselves stand at the doorway after the board the bus / mrt.

i can relate to what you're saying man, i in service line for >10 years liao. it's a stressful life
