Anyone ordered prints from Canvaspop.sg before?

I ordered 6 prints in early May and up till today, other than the email receipt promising up to 6 weeks for delivery, nothing has been heard from them. There is no telephone number to call too.

I wonder if I have been ripped off.

Yah I ordered the Groupon promo. I ordered my prints since 5th May, called them no answer, SMS got redirected to emailing their support, emailed but no replies for a week. They are practically uncontactable.
 

Did anyone else order from them and got their canvas prints?
 

I also ordered 6 prints from them, they are Totally uncontactable. Sent email gotten from FAQ to them, there's no such email as deals@canvaspop.sg. The "contact us" function had an "online" status, but when i sent message, no one replied, and now it's disable.
Seems like I'm already got scammed. I even contacted groupon but they also ignored me. So I think I just threw my $100 for being stupid, too much trust on this Groupon.
Never ever buy from groupon again.

you should file your complain to Groupon, do you know Groupon take 50% from the each deal being sold?

Have you received your prints since? I face the same issue and I have not received my prints after received the confirmation email on 13 May.

Groupon just totally ignored me, I shall wait for awhile more, but for sure I'm already got scammed. I google and this facebook https://www.facebook.com/renotalk seems like responsible for all the prints, but situation not getting better, send email to them is like to no one, no response at all. !@#$@
 

In Canvaspop.sg there is a mentioning of this company: Shopping.com Network Pte Ltd, Tanglin

This company's address is the same as what is in the confirmation email:

Blk 162 Bukit Merah Central #02-3537 (S)150162

I just called but they are closed on Mondays. I will call again tomorrow to check.

Also I called Groupon Support and the staff says I need to send an email to support@groupon.sg to request for refund, with coupon code and reason. You may try the same. FYI, I did get a refund from Groupon before for a Russian restaurant that closed down. This is my 2nd bad experience with groupon... They should do better screening with the merchants they are dealing with.

I received the same email after I contacted the support number 91786101 via. I guess their strategy is if you don't make noise, they will keep quiet. If you do, they send you this email. They have never planned to make delivery anyway!

I am going to collect it from the address above this Saturday/Sunday. Will question them then.
 

I received a Groupon coupon as a gift and followed the instructions to submit my order. However my order is with giftshopdirect / catalogue singapore, and apparently they have the same address as this particular vendor Canvaspop and also operate on the same days of the week.

This company, canvaspop/catalogue singapore / giftshopdirect is highly suspicious. I have informed the person whom i received the groupon gift from to lodge a complaint with groupon.

Sadly, i had submitted my order with ample time for delivery before father's day so i can send the gift (family portrait) to a critically ill person who may leave anytime. To date the company has not been contactable at all and no news of the delivery whatsoever.
 

I think you can try going down to their office in Jalan Bukit Merah. I did my self collection there.

I give up on this company and Groupon. Both sides are accusing each other of bad practices and shifting the blame to each other. Calling both and talking to both (emailing etc) is a waste of time.

I think we can forget a "so called" free-delivery, it's a bull**** but now I don't know how is the status of my prints, were they printed or not yet printed, there's no one responsible for the queries, either Groupon/canvaspop or the catalogue.
May I know which email address that they sent this kind of threatening email to you?
The contact number 91786101 seems not working as well.

I got very very hard time reaching them. I went down to the shop.. then asked to resend order to them. I asked them to get back to me if got received my mail anot, the next thing happen is the lady went missing / unreachable again...... i wonder if groupon will really return us the money.......

Send groupon the details and they will investigate and respond within a few days. I got my refund in Groupon credit after 3-4 days.

Hi Seet, I submitted mine in May 2012 and just went down to their canvas manufacturer at Blk 162 Bukit Merah Central #02-3537 to collect my canvases today. Apparently their manufacturer also very pissed with them. I saw many unclaimed canvases at Bukit Merah belonging to Canvaspop.SG customers, maybe you guys can go down and check if your canvases are there.

According to the manufacturer's staff, Canvaspop.sg is their customer but they no longer want to work with them anymore because too much trouble as Groupon keep giving their contact details to Canvaspop.SG customers.

At first I did not know about their manufacturer's place luckily my friend who also bought the deal found out after What's Apping the manufacturer's number 91786101. The manufacturer's canvas quality is quite good and cheap compared to others in market.
Most importantly much faster than this stupid Groupon deal. My friend bought 3 rectangular canvases and it was delivered to her in 3 weeks, no delay. I just ordered mine direct from the manufacturer as well, they said will arrive by 10th September. Will let you guys know if I receive my canvases in good time :) Anymore cheaper kang tao for canvas prints?

I've asked groupon to refund in cash but they totally ignore me now, 've been waiting for 3 weeks. They offered to refund in credit but the credit will expire in 12 mths, that's unreasonable, I'm forced to buy something fr Groupon within 12 mths but after my first purchase which was canvaspop, my trust in them no long exist. Their refund policy also never says that the refund will be in credit.
