if you talking about cross-processing, probably Triple D at Burlington Square. if i'm not wrong, fotohub (beach rd) and konota don't do x-pro. but then again, triple d does NOT do b&w developing and normal slides processing either.

DDD now does B&W..but takes 3 working days..

I second that. Triple D is where most people go for cross-processing. For a lomotion member, if I am not mistaken, you pay $9 per roll for cross-process and scanning. You can collect on the day you send your roll in. Just take a walk around Bugis and then come back .

if you want to cross process slides, you can try going to your local photo shop and ask them to process it in C41. if luck is on your side, they will help you.

Thanks. But anyone know where is Triple D?

You can also try:
Kim Tian Colour Centre @ Chinatown
Hong Lim Complex(Beside Chinatown Point)
Upper Cross Street
#01-06
Singapore 050531
Tel: 65381422

My personal opinion is their xpro is better than DDD's.. More to my ideal result.. (BTW: Different labs yield different xpro results on same film.. so do go try out different labs!)
Lomotion members also receive 10% discount.

For B&W.. You should just try developing youself.. it's more fun.. (:

yea. diy is the way for bnw.

i also prefer kt.

yeap, +1 for KT from me as well. in fact, 99.99% of my rolls ever since i started shooting were developed at KT. a lot of people often say DDD is able to provide fast service. but from my experience, KT is able to develop and scan a roll within couple of hours as well. just got to ask nicely and provided they are free of course. but KT's colour never disappoints me

some cross-processing develop and scan samples from KT.

Do a search on the web. I am sure that you can find its forum. Alternatively, you can pm me for its link.

In actual fact, all films can be cross-processed, even negatives. The main reason why people choose to cross-process only slide films is that the colours come out more vibrant whereas for negatives, it is not as saturated.

Cross-processing only involves the use of a different chemical solution to develop your roll of film. For example, negatives require C-41 for normal processing but people cross-process it with E-6. Same for silde films. They use C-41 instead of E-6.

If you are still confused, do a search on the chemical solutions used for normal processing for different types of films. Hope that I have cleared your doubts.

Correct, well said :) There is a misconception that neg films cannot be cross processed. The reality is that it can be, however it is nearly impossible to find a lab to do it in SG. The only big players with E-6 lines would prefer not to do it, and small shops don't run E-6. (tell me about it, I love a good Provia 6x6 transparency but it is such a pain finding a place to do it apart from the usual suspects).

Many places will outsource their E-6 and B&W so it takes longer. C-41 can be run in-house so the turnaround is quite quick.

Grace Digital Lab in Clementi (Sunset Way) may also do x-pro in C41. Call and ask.
