If not tired after the garden shoot, Old parliament and BSB are rather good places for night shooting

Clarke Quay / MOS area is also quite colourful @ night.

This sat my schedules are all filled up all the way till midnight. I'm also testing my 1 week old new camera...hee. I usually shoot on saturday afternoon or Sundays depending on my schedules.


I shoot Macros and Birds. Now into potriats, night scene and events.

Benjamin sheares bridge. Just walk from millenia walk towards the construction site. The old bird here sure can guide u.

Actually i am looking for some old photos of Mohammad Sultan Road when Madam Wong was still operating and bustling with activity. Any of you guys have it ?

Now MS is a dead town.. Regret not talking any photos during that time. :cry:

Actually, BSB is not the best place to take landscape of CBD cos the bridge vibrates quite badly to get sharp long exposures. There are however other alternatives, including the marina park which the other end of the bridge will bring you to.

Actually, BSB is not the best place to take landscape of CBD cos the bridge vibrates quite badly to get sharp long exposures. There are however other alternatives, including the marina park which the other end of the bridge will bring you to.

You can get reasonably good shots from outside the Esplanade.

But the best would be the ECP flyover.

I would suggest that those who wish to go for night shoots, consider bringing a tripod. I'm bringing one along.

Go Go Go! The more the merrier!

I once disturbed a couple @ Mt Faber, when i went shooting there after 12 midnight. My friend was against hooting in the Verandah, but i heck care. Just go in, and set up tripod + DSLR to shoot the cityscape. The couple ended up going away themselves. lol.

Night can be Clarke Quay / Esplanade.

Last time i shot Esplanade with friends, end up spending 6+ hours there. Went to Lau Pa Sat for supper at 2+am.

Actually i went to changi boardwalk to take some nite scenes... Nothing much.. the only place that can make it is the kelong area and the part they call the sunset (or is it sunrise) part ? Forgot liao ... getting old :think:

Hey oneheart,i checked ur flick,ur night shot are quite nice,like them.
I'm not sure Botanical garden at night can shoot or not ? What to shoot ?
For esplanade, feel like too much night photo at that place already.
Anyway,i'm not good at night photography and lazy to carry tripod :bsmilie: I'll see how,may be i sneaky shoot the couple or something else there.
