Hiya. Anyone here in Singapore interested in Skydiving?

The agency that I dive with is expanding and prices are now pretty great.

It's an experience too orgasmic to even discribe.

Am posting in a bid to expand the skydiving circle and hopefully make new skydive buddies.

The best thing? That the company is located next to Peninsula Plaza. So all my first-loves in one place. :)

Contact the SKYDIVE team.
Look for Richard Chee.
Tell em' Kevin Christopher Ou sent you. (discount?)

Hope that helps! See you guys in the air.

me me me!!!
been wanting to dive, but it's kinda ex here in spore no?
do you know how much do they charge for a static line progression leading to a class a license?
thanks :)

Hi...

If you're serious, skip the Static Line and plunge right into the AFF (Advance FreeFall). The 1st jump is a little pricey ($550), but it gets cheaper as you jump. Once you get your licence, it costs only around SGD$40 - 60 / per jump. How's that for afforable.

It's slightly ex in Singapore cos' we don't have no open landing space. Unlike the US, France and Australia. But safety is much better in Singapore. It's not a mass market, so they don't rush to pack your chutes.

It's a great buzz for photographer's as well.

I've got many great stock shots from land shooting skydivers mid-air.

The instructors are great as well. The atmosphere is very friendly, and they chat with you to calm you down before a jump. Something that I feel is very important. But safety is always their number one concern.

Go for it. Skydiving really kicks-a**.

Coolz.. it's next on my list of extreme sports..
am intending to spend a month backpacking in Oz and
pick up the full course there.. :P
Now maybe I can do some planning adjustment.. :)

I think there is a course that one needs to go thru before one is allowed to dive... ??

Nah... it's not really a course.

They call it GROUND TRAINING.

It's more like theory lessons about flight, equipment and safety. Very much like the ones army boys go thru.

Except for the 1st jump, the lessons are only about 4hrs or so. And don't worry, you don't jump alone. There are 2 instructors that go along with you.

Anyone interested in going? I hear that there are a few jumps coming up ....
