Hi guys,

I think its time for another practical photography outing cum gathering event in replacement of our usual KMOS chit-chat gathering. Date will tentatively be early next year and most likely to be on a weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (7th or 8th January 2006).

Would like everyones' suggestions on where to go shooting and shoot what. Most importantly, the outing should cater for everyone.

So, here goes the list:
1) Singapore Zoological Garden
($14 entry but I think I can get 2 corp FOZ pass which can exchange for 8 adult tickets for free. I think someone else also can get 2 corp FOZ, so we can have 16 free adult entries)

2) Mandai Orchid Garden
($3 entry, can shoot flower macros, birds for those who has long lens)

3) Street Shoot???

You are welcome to suggest and add to the list.

thought they are sibling..

I thought so too... Inbreeding in the zoo... hehe...

Zoo is ok with me. Hope I get my Sigma 170-500 by then. The buggers takes a long time to send to me.

Second choice is JBP. Haven't been there in ages.

I'm ok with the zoo but those without at least 300mm lenses aren't goindg to benefit very much.
Prefer the Mandai Orchid Garden. More options. Those without long lenses can still shoot flowers, foral arrangements, plus people + landscape photography (good to practise befor going on holoiday tour) and those with long lenses can go for the birds.

But I'm really fine with any interesting place. I can only make it on Sat though. ;)
