I graduated from the International Academy of Film and Television a few months back and moved back home to Italy. Sometimes you have to make your own chances silverelf. If you want to do it, get in touch with people who are already doing it and get involved. If you wait for someone to come knocking at your door offering you opportunities it will never happen. Not knocking you, just trying to offer advice.
