Anyone from Stormriders?

Anyone in CS from Stormriders or any other local bike club? Any other bikers around, esp those who might be interested in a ride and shoot trip up north? (Note by bike i mean the motor-kind, not the pedal kind, and not the pedal+motor-banned-on-the-road kind either.)

I am a Stormrider member. Good idea to ride to places and take pictures. I enjoy this form of activities. The furthest I've been is the Golden Triangle and Mae Hom Som.

i rode to golden triangle last year too. But it was a bit boring by myself. Sadly, my camera got bashed by the rough ride on the NS highway, and was out of commission when i hit e Thai border.

The myanmar border was closed, otherwise i would have pushed the 160+ km into China. In fact, my Thailand insurance is still valid for about 2 months. Hmm...

Are you coming for SEED? Should meet up and chat. See if can plan some ride n shoot trip.

Not from stormriders, but interested if there's gonna be a TOUR + Shooting up north.

Riding a cb400vtec..... comfortable to travel @ 140km/hr - 160km/hr.

I rode the St1100 together the dual purpose bike (2 GS1150 2 bmw650 and a Valradero)last Dec 2002 to Jan 2003. The St1100 is also capable to ride off road to Noi Soi longneck village. But it is very heavy to manuveur the tracks. Taken about 200 pictures. Will certainly go again but need to train up my stamina. I nearly died on the way home because of severe dehydration due to food poisoning at Hua Hin. The stretch from Hua Hin to Hatyai I keep on purging (more than 10 times) until disorientated. I was saved when I happen to stop at a certain petrol to rest and sleep when I woke up I saw a monk behind me and it is a clinic where I was resting!. It was then I am able to get treatment and medicine to continue my journey to Hatyai. Anyway its a adventure. Maybe can catch up with you at Gillman. Maybe I know you too.

i mixed around with SR last time,not a member though,been to a few supper ride and seafood ride organized by them,i hang around with auntieagle,jason,lawrence,ronald,colin,vincent(GS) etc..rode up hatyai----->trang---->krabi---> phuket last CNY with auntieagle,jason.colin,lawrence,but unable to make it to GT due to work commitment.Nice to know you

Hey guys, how about a short ride and shoot trial? Just a suggestion: Malacca, about 3 hours away, we shoot Jonker street and the surroundings, have lunch, then come back before sundown. 1 day in August. i suggest we take leave and do on a weekday. Weekend traffic not very enjoyable. If not, weekend or National Day also can.

All other suggestions welcome, as long as we can get a small group. As near as Kota Tinggi also can: 40km away.
