I never hear about activation fee, the promoter just said $99 plus three months contract.....so I assume no activation fee or the activation fee is hidden cost?
Actually 12 months contract is OK but 18 months??? too longg yeow...

Promoter was trying to con you ;p

Btw, the last time I checked at Sitex, PacNet has a 12 month contract. You might want to consider that.

Helped a friend to setup his jetpack account.
Not a bad deal , since he is still in the army.
Now he can enjoy fast surfing speed when he bookout during weekends , can play online games or download songs/mtvs etc.
He still have 'MB' unused left brought over to this month. :bsmilie:

For his case , it will still be better than paying $55/mth for SNBB 256K. Even if he exceed the limit , the cap is at $85 but quite sure most of the time he will stay below $55.


Anyway the contractual period is only 3 months.
however this plan is definitely not for hardcore downloaders.

just a note : if possible , don't get that Aztech U500 usb modem , might get alot of problems when setting it up.
