This one is by Shell located at west of Pulau Bukom,much further than next year's ExxonMobil cracker which is nearer to mainland Singapore at Jurong Island. Si liao as that one cracker as big as this one.
This type of flaring are normally controlled burst of highly combustable hydrocarbon vapor mixed with steam at the flare stack tip for complete combustion. Such thing nothing new as we have been breathing whatever they spew out since the 1900s when the 1st refinery start operations at Bukom.
