Yo I know this didn't take place in Woodlands But I'm a Woodlander and here are some shots that I did of a cosplay-like event at the memorial tower near City Hall yesterday with my 400D. C&C welcome~

Hope you enjoyed the series! May the Force be with You and Live Long and Prosper ^_^ for #14, I edited the background. Removed the building next to the Esplanade, and replaced it with dark clouds. Added floor reflection and lightsabers' effects (they were using a fencing sword and a kindaichi).

the 2nd picture, u may wan to try from the left side of the video cam. This right side has too much distraction on the cam itself.
For the 1st pics, is the building abit overblown? I think ur flash didnt fire off (Do correct me if i m wrong)

Some of the pics also haf the same over highlighted background... But I like the light saber effect, thumbz up~~~

For pic 11, i think the guy is goin to kill who ever is cos-play the creature... Its fingers are blocking his handsome face... LOL~~~

Hmmm yea... Didn't know XL-1s are THAT huge haha... But yeah, next time I take those kind of pics, I'd go on the left side

For the first pic, I was using a Yashica Kyocera cs-240 auto flash. Placed it onto the hot shoe of my 400D and fired away. Guess it wasn't strong enough or something... :\ I need a 580EX haha... Old flash units are just... obsolete.

Pic 11, nothing I can do about hahaha...

Hi guys,

Juz wanted to share some of my experimental shots I took in Mauritius when I was on a business trip there last year. All shots were taken with a Canon S30 PnS (borrowed my dad's camera).

1. Lone Fishing Boat (pity I couldn't zoom any more or get closer

2. Sunrise from the balcony of my room

Besides the beach, there are some very nice scenic places as well. Price is a bust though. My hotel room my company EUR450/night. I broke the bank on that trip.

Anyone want to do a JB shoot? I know there is an abandon building there, then there is something like tekka market, and there is some swamp land with nesting birds, and maybe a few other things ... if keen can find out the specific locations and plan the itinerary ... anyone?

Can do with a minimum of 4, one of which drives. No maximum number as long as there is enough transportation.
