Any Recommendation for good Epson Retailer/Salesperson?

I have really bad bad experience with the Epson Printer seller from SimLim, after struggling with the Epson R270 for over 2 years.

I am in a dilemma to whether
1. Repair my R270,
or
2. Buy a new Epson Printer.

I get Epson for its good quality printing, can anyone advice me which retailers or Printer repair service you have good experience with?

For printers nowadays, you buy from anywhere also the same. The most get $5-$10 discount only.
So just buy from somewhere convenient for you will do.
