There are dedicated car forum for almost every made of cars eg. Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, etc. I drive a Hyundai and am a member in www.clubhyundai.org. We learnt alot about our cars for eg. where to get the best deals for accessories, how to maintain it, etc. Am sure other forums are just as active.

why is VW and Audi together? is it they are related? Pardon me. I am not a car person.

Audi is under VW group.
VW showcases their technology with Audi.

That's right, the VW Group owns Audi, as well as Skoda, etc. They have a stake in Lamborghini and just recently bought 20% of Porsche
