You can check out the larger camera/video equipment stores in Singapore. Cathay Photo comes to mind.

If you want to rent, Camwerkz is the one to go for. They have many redheads and blondies too.

You might really want to think about getting LED lights instead.

Although still relatively more expensive, they are the future.

Hwarta and LSV google them, i dun think cathay sells the bigger film lights. they might sell redheads

when i was still fresh in the industry some clown laughed at me when i said i use redheads for interviews. now i know why he laughed. redheads are quite impractical lights, if you have more budget think about getting fresnels or a kino flo or both.

There's nothing wrong with using redheads for interviews...whoever laughed at you must be a real clown who don't know how to use and control light.

If u got no basics of lighting, u are the clowns to be laughed. But go for LED lights as they are less heat for long interviews.

if i'm not wrong redheads are $900 for a set of 3

Thank you guys for your prompt replies! Will check out those shops. :)

Just because American Cinematographer & DV Magazines claims good review, everyone must use those otherwise they won't achieve the hollywood style effects lah. ;)

We use film gear fresnel no diff from a Arri, but for flouros i think kino flo is still better. Anyone has experience with large LEDs ?
