This is actually quite good, like the contrast and framing, if you have a bigger aperture to make the background blurrer, it will be even better.

3) we need soldiers / people experience in reppelling and relevant skills in climbing up walls.

don't worry about dogs, non on patrol.
just be prepared to be caught on camera if you are not careful.

iirc...they can rotate and are located along the walkway and especially facing on the bridge.
the last time i had difficult time trying to cross over and had to duckwalk along the edge on the side border. if you carry your equipment i think it will be tough and expensive should you fall.
Yes at night there is also a big spot light above the guardhouse that rotates 360degree.
