Hahaha... it is just that my tripod is around 1.9kg and my camera + lens came up to around 1+kg... adding all my other barang barang (flashgun, extra batteries, etc etc) I will be lugging around 3kg of weigh. I, not that young anymore... hahahahaha...

All taken from the only lens I brought, 18-55 + Raynox 250 for closeup. Well, for certain shots, there are quite some heavy cropping..

at least its a good lens =)

All the good experiences come from the wise man. Hahaha looking for long exposure but no tripod. Haha general photography that I can take with 18-55mm lens.

You want to buy tripod? Since your setup not too heavy, just get a normal one will do... artworkfoto and sgcamerastore all sell pretty okay tripod. Of course Gitzo, Manfrotto and even Benro type of tripod might be abit hard to swallow (price wise).
