Seriously hor, newbies might not have enuff experince to share wor.
You can form a small group with an experience leader to lead & share & then its easier to learn from each other. If not, you'll be learning mistakes made by newbies & newbies ask newbies questions, who then have the right answers?
The group you wanna form must have the same interest as you, if not its chaotic when you guys go out for shoots. One person wanna shoot this & the other want to shoot that.
So maybe the group can work on different genre & work on it for a specific time & move on to another genre & come back to the first one again to refresh what you guys had learnt to shoot

Not too heavy for you if only two topics.
What you can do is follow some of us (as in the more seasoned shooters) for the outings, be it macro or landscape. And learn from there.
Different ppl use diff set ups, but the basics are the same. So dun be confused by styles of shooting & equipments used. Impt thing is not to rush thru your learning
